The garden merges with the shady pinewood and comes down to touch the soft sand and then the clear emerald sea. A quiet paradise, away from everything.

Newly restored and renovated to a very high standard the villa is on one level with open space living room with well-equipped modern kitchen and dining corner. From this one can step onto the sea facing terrace furnished for outdoor living with sofas and dining area. The style is light and modern with wooden floor throughout and white washed ceiling with wooden beams. A total of 6 bedrooms en-suite with stylish bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms leading onto the garden and down to sea.

Beyond the beach front of the house in the vicinity is a very long beautiful beach with a kiosk and a sea side residence with a lively marina with cafes and restaurants. Golf course and tennis courts. The surrounding area is part of Sardinia's natural heritage. An area where nature reigns unspoiled with reeds reaching down to the beaches and salt pans where one can see flocks of pink flamingos. An array of beaches all bordering such transparent sea! The villa is perfect also for families with young toddlers and children who will really have much fun in such an amazing place (supervision is always recommended though!)

Live-in housekeeper available 4 hours per day, 6 days per week excluding on Sunday. Pets permitted on request.
