A marvelous villa situated near Avola, north of Syracuse (Siracusa). Only 150 m away from the villa's gate is a very beautiful sandy beach alongside wild jasmine trees and a forest of ever green trees.

The house is set on a privately owned estate with lemon plantation enclosed by a well tendered garden where a the swimming pool adds the final touch. It has air conditioning and CCTV system.

The villa is divided in two separate buildings, the Master's villa and a garden annex. The villa has much charm and comfort to offer and will grant a most relaxing stay in an unique abode!
