A new and elegant villa immersed in a beautiful Mediterranean garden, just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Cala Giunco, a long white sandy beach of soft sand close to a salt pan, where flocks of pink flamingos stop on their way down South. The place and the view are breathtaking, here nature is still wild and summer seems to never end. The timeless atmosphere of these places and the village perched on the hillside in front of the sea creates a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and that true "holiday" feeling!

The beach is a free beach but it is also possible to hire a parasol and sun loungers in one of the several beach kiosks which also offer cold drinks and snacks.

The villa has 3 ground floor bedrooms all en-suite and one bedroom en-suite on first floor. This room leads onto the garden so it has independent entrance.

On ground floor there is also a large kitchen with tall windows which can be totally opened onto the patio leading out to the dining corner. The living room open plan has also a breakfast table. From the living room one enjoys the view of the port.

The villa is air conditioned and has a large beautiful pool. The village of Villasimius can be reached by car or foot as it is no more than 3 km away. The beach is very close by. Closest airport is Cagliari, the international airport with flights to most European capitals.

The villa is in the protected maritime area called Capo Carbonara. Here it is possible to hire a boat and visit several beaches and enchanting sandy coves, they have truly exotic features so clean and light emerald green is the water and so white is the sand! It is possible to visit an island called Isola dei Cavoli where one can swim still with colorful fish some also of larger size!
